UTD/CTD for MAP/CAP 88-23(I), Update Authorized R&R Locations and DestinationsThis item adds eight additional countries designated as chargeable rest and recuperation (R&R) leave duty locations. The new locations designated as chargeable R&R leave duty locations are Algeria, Burundi, Cameroon (North and Far North), Libya, Mali, Niger, South Sudan, and Tunisia.
