CTD for CAP 82-22(I) Waiver of Certain FTR Provisions in Connection with Official Relocation TravelThis item removes relocation allowance exceptions issued under GSA Bulletin FTR 22-02 and incorporates relocation allowance exceptions issued under GSA Bulletin FTR 23-03. Certain provisions of the Joint Travel Regulations (JTR) are temporarily waived for civilian employees relocating to locations in Florida, South Carolina, North Carolina, and the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico impacted by Hurricanes Ian and Fiona. The effective date for affected counties and tribal reservations in the state of Florida is for official relocation travel performed on or after September 23, 2022. The effective date for affected counties in the state of South Carolina is for official relocation travel performed on or after September 25, 2022. The effective date for affected counties in the state of North Carolina is for official relocation travel performed on or after September 28, 2022. The effective date for affected counties in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico is for official relocation travel performed on or after September 17, 2022.9/17/2022

CTD for CAP 06-23(I), “Expiration of FTR Bulletin 22-07”This item removes certain provisions from the JTR which implemented Federal Travel Regulations (FTR) Bulletin 22-07, “Relocation Allowances – Extended waiver of certain Federal Travel (FTR) provisions during the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic.” The bulletin temporarily waived certain provisions of the FTR governing official relocation travel and renewal agreement (RAT) travel during the COVID-19 pandemic. FTR Bulletin 22-07expired effective December 31, 2022.1/24/2023
UTD for MAP 101-23(R), Temporary Lodging Expense (TLE) Extension – Vandenberg SFB, CA (CA026)This item reinstates the Vandenberg SFB, CA Military Housing Area (MHA) CA026 as a location to receive an extended Temporary Lodging Expense (TLE) under the authority in 37 U.S.C. § 452(b)(11). Due to a shortage of housing in the Vandenberg SFB, CAMHA, personnel require additional time to locate and secure permanent housing. The authority for action is 37 U.S.C. § 452(b)(11). Due to a shortage of housing in the Moody AFB, GA MHA, personnel require additional time to locate and secure permanent housing. This item extends the end date through which Moody AFB, GA is a location where Service members may receive extended TLE. Due to a shortage of housing in the Bath, ME MHA, personnel require additional time to locate and secure permanent housing. This item reinstates Bath, ME as a location to receive up to 35 days TLE.
