UTD-CTD for MAP-CAP 104-23(I), Sustainable Transportation for Official Temporary Duty (TDY) TravelThis is a statutory (S) item implementing the provisions of the Code of Federal Regulations Parts 301-10 and 301-70, the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Memorandum M-24-05 “Catalyzing Sustainable Transportation Through Federal Travel,” and Executive Order 14057, “Catalyzing Clean Energy Industries and Jobs through Federal Sustainability.” FTR Bulletin 24-02, published in the Federal Register on December 18, 2023, states, “This bulletin clarifies existing regulations for determining the method of transportation that is most advantageous to the Government and encourages Federal travelers to make sustainable, cost-effective transportation choices when conducting official TDY travel.3/1/2024

UTD/CTD for MAP-CAP 59-24(I), Update Tour Lengths and Tours of Duty OCONUS for Powidz, Poznan, and Zagan, PolandThis item updates the Joint Travel Regulations Supplement, Tour Lengths and Tours of Duty Outside of the Continental United States (OCONUS) for locations in Powidz, Poznan, and Zagan, Poland. Military and civilian personnel are authorized to serve a 24 month accompanied tour in Poznan with adult dependents 18 years and older. Military personnel are authorized to serve a 12 month unaccompanied tour and civilian personnel are authorized to serve a 24 month unaccompanied tour. Powidz and Zagan lack the infrastructure to support accompanied tours, so military personnel are authorized to serve a 12 month unaccompanied tour and civilian personnel are authorized to serve a 24 month unaccompanied tour.8/19/2024

UTD/CTD for MAP/CAP 88-23(I), Update Authorized R&R Locations and DestinationsThis item adds eight additional countries designated as chargeable rest and recuperation (R&R) leave duty locations. The new locations designated as chargeable R&R leave duty locations are Algeria, Burundi, Cameroon (North and Far North), Libya, Mali, Niger, South Sudan, and Tunisia. These R&R locations are effective from November 30, 2023 through November 20, 2025.12/6/2023
