Travel Assistance Center Feedback

Users who contact the Travel Assistance Center (TAC) are surveyed on a continuous basis. We ask users about their satisfaction with wait times, analyst courtesy and professionalism, and the resolution of their ticket. We also ask users about their familiarity with DTS, if they used other support resources (Knowledge Center, local DTS support), and their preferences for contacting support (phone , chat, or self-support). This feedback is reported and analyzed weekly for process improvement.
